What we collect
When you request an audit: your name, business name, email and (optional) phone. If you book a call: the details you enter in our scheduling tool (name, email, chosen time). Like any website, our host also processes technical data such as your IP address and browser type to deliver and protect the site; our form uses your IP address briefly to limit repeated submissions and does not log it. We never ask for passwords or payment details through this site.
How we use it
To prepare your free review audit and to contact you about it. We don't sell your details or share them for advertising. If you'd rather not hear from us, email hello@replyvue.com and we'll stop.
Who helps us
Our site is hosted by Cloudflare (Cloudflare Pages). Audit-form submissions are processed by a Cloudflare Worker and forwarded through Cloudflare Email Routing to our inbox at Google (Gmail), where we receive them. Emails you send to hello@replyvue.com are forwarded the same way, through Cloudflare Email Routing to our Gmail inbox. Call booking is handled by Cal.com. These providers (Cloudflare, Google and Cal.com) process your details only to provide their services to us. See Cloudflare's privacy policy, Google's privacy policy and Cal.com's privacy policy.
How long we keep it
We delete audit-form leads 6 months after we receive them (deleted emails are permanently erased within 30 days after that), unless you become a client. Ask us anytime and we'll delete yours sooner.
Cookies and tracking
This site uses no analytics or advertising trackers, and our own pages set no cookies. The booking calendar is provided by Cal.com; when it loads, Cal.com may set its own cookies, as described in its privacy policy.
If you become a client
You authorize ReplyVue in writing to draft replies and post approved replies in your business's name. You add us as a Manager (never an Owner) on your Google Business Profile and can remove us anytime. We never accept shared passwords. Review content we get from Google's tools is stored for no more than 30 days.
