No passwords, ever
You add us as a Manager on your Google Business Profile using Google's own user-access settings. You stay the owner, and you can remove us anytime. We never ask for, store or use shared passwords.
You approve negatives
Every 1–3★ or sensitive reply needs your written approval before it posts. For your first 14 days you approve everything. After day 14, non-sensitive 4–5★ replies can auto-post only if you opt in, in writing. You can turn that off anytime. Silence never counts as approval.
No review gating
We reply to the reviews you get. We don't run review-request campaigns, filter who gets asked, or offer anything in exchange for reviews.
How we work with your profile
When you become a client, you authorize ReplyVue in writing to draft replies and post approved replies in your business's name. You add us as a Manager, never an Owner, and can remove us anytime. Review content we get from Google is stored no longer than 30 days.

Questions owners ask us
Do you need my password?
No. You add us as a Manager through your Google Business Profile's own user settings. You stay the owner and can remove us anytime. We never ask for or accept shared passwords.
Will you post anything without my OK?
Not anything negative or sensitive. 1–3★ and sensitive reviews always need your written approval. During your first 14 days, every reply needs your approval. After that, positive (4–5★), non-sensitive replies can auto-post only if you opt in, in writing. If you don't respond, nothing posts.
Can you remove bad reviews or raise my rating?
No. We don't remove, hide or bury reviews, and we don't promise any change in your rating or ranking. What we do is draft a thoughtful reply to each review in your voice, ready for your approval within 1 business day.
Do you ask my customers for reviews?
No. We don't run review-request campaigns, review gating or incentives of any kind. We focus only on replying well to the reviews you already get.
Is this AI? Will it sound robotic?
AI agents write the first draft in your brand voice, using a short intake about how you talk to customers. Every draft goes through our pre-post checklist (no private details, no offers, no admissions of fault), and you approve anything negative or sensitive.
Do you reply in Spanish?
Yes, in every plan at no extra cost. We reply in the language of the review, with the same checklist and approval rules as English replies.
Do you handle Yelp, Facebook or Tripadvisor?
Not yet. At launch we work on Google Business Profile only. Facebook, Yelp, Tripadvisor, ClassPass, Mindbody and OpenTable are on our roadmap, and we'll add each one only in a way that follows that platform's rules. Ask us if you need one.
What's in the free review audit?
A snapshot of your Google profile (reply rate, unanswered reviews, the oldest ones waiting), a look at your other platforms, and three sample replies written to your real reviews. It uses public information only. We need no access, and nothing gets posted. Then a 15-minute call to walk through it.
